Since a young girl Nikki has always been passionate about being in her kitchen and working with food and especially baking. Her delicious recipes are very successful family recipes passed down, and this has expanded into baking for clients and creating specialty wedding cakes and keeping abreast of the new modern trends that are ongoing. Nikki loves liaising with excited brides and helping them to create their dream wedding cake. All baking, decorating, delivery and set up at the wedding venue, is done by Nikki herself. Besides wedding cakes, Nikki also makes special occasion cakes, tarts, profiteroles, individual small delights and hand made truffles.
